We are a technology startup in Old Town Alexandria, and we are looking for a customer support representative!

We build an online software that helps our customers manage their employees, and we are looking for a passionate and energetic customer service representative to support and care for our customers.

As a customer service rep, you will be the person that our customers will have the most contact with, so we need you to be a superstar! Here are some things you will do:

• Learn our software inside and out (don't worry, it is modern and intuitive)
• Walk new customers through our features
• Answer customer questions and solve problems
• Create how-to documents and videos that show our customers various features of our software
• Triage customer issues
• Present customer issues to engineering team
